The Prayer for the Dissolution of egoic tendencies

After completing the inquiry into the tendency or emotion, we proceed to its dissolution using the prayer through which we wholeheartedly ask the Divine Mother (or God) to dissolve the egoic tendency. In this case we use a more comprehensive prayer than the one we use moment by moment to eliminate egoic tendencies. This is more holistic and brings about a deeper cleansing and purification of the mind, the heart, the subconscious mind and the life (vital) energy.

I would like to stress once more the importance of saying the prayer with concentration and heart and in touch with the inner silence.

Divine Mother of the Universe (or Jesus Christ, God, etc.), Supreme light of love, power and healing, I beg you with all my heart to fill me with your divine light, love and healing energy and free (or purify and cleanse) my mind and heart from anger and all elements related to anger (or whatever you want to eliminate from your psyche, e.g., lust, jealousy, gluttony, etc.).

  1. Divine Mother, fill me with Divine light, love and healing energy and eliminate the anger energy from my mind and heart and all elements related to anger, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm, or ‘Om Sri Durgaye Namaha’ (3x).
    Alternatively, we can say:
    Divine light, love and healing energy permeate and flood (or fill) my whole being and purify and cleanse my mind and heart of the anger energy and all the elements related to anger, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm.
  1. Divine Mother, fill me with Divine light, love and healing energy and eliminate all anger energies, energetic memories and blockages of anger from my energy field (vital energy) on all levels, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm, or ‘Om Sri Durgaye Namaha’ (3x).
    Alternatively, we can say:
    Divine light, love and healing energy permeate and fill (or flood) my whole being and purify and cleanse my energy field (vital energy) at all levels of all anger energies, energetic memories and blockages, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm,
  1. Divine Mother, fill me with Divine light, love and healing energy and eliminate all images, memories and impressions of anger from the subconscious mind[1] (on all 49 levels), Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm, or ‘Om Sri Durgaye Namaha’ (3x).
    Alternatively, we can say:
    Divine light, love and healing energy permeate and fill (or flood) my whole being and purify and cleanse the subconscious mind (on all 49 levels) of all images, memories and impressions of anger Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm,
  1.  Divine Mother, fill me with Divine light, love and healing energy and eliminate all cellular memories related to anger and all memories in the neural synapses of the brain and the entire nervous system related to anger, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm, or ‘Om Sri Durgaye Namaha’ (3x).
    Alternatively, we can say:
    Divine light, love and healing energy permeate and fill (or flood) my whole being and purify and cleanse all cells of all cellular memories related to anger and all memories in the neural synapses of the brain and the entire nervous system related to anger, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm.
  2. Divine Mother, fill me with Divine light, love and healing energy and eliminate all energies and elements of anger from all sheaths or bodies -physical, energetic, emotional, mental, intellectual, causal- and restore purity, harmony, peace, love and light to my mind and heart and all bodies, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm, or ‘Om Sri Durgaye Namaha’ (3x).
    Alternatively, we can say:Divine light, love and healing energy permeate and fill (or flood) my whole being and purify and cleanse all my bodies -physical, energetic, emotional, mental, intellectual, causal- of all energies and elements of anger and restore purity, harmony, peace, love and light to my mind and heart and all bodies, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm,

After the last repetition of the prayer, we close with the following mantras:

Om Tat Sat (3x),
Om Shanti (peace) (3x),

Or alternatively:

All these to be realized and crystallized,
for my good and the good of all beings
Om Tat Sat (3x), Om Shanti (peace) (3x),

Short Prayer for dissolution

Follows a short vertion of the prayer that is mostly for using it thrououth the day whenever a tendency manifests in us.

‘O Divine Mother (you can also pray to Jesus Christ, or to God, etc.) eliminate this energy of anger (shame, guilt, or whatever is), or freed my mind from the anger energy and permeate me with light, peace and love. ‘I am peace, love and light’, ‘I am peace, love and light‘, ‘Everything is peace, love and light‘, ‘Only peace, love and light exist’, ‘Ooommm ‘peace, love and light, ‘Ooommm peace, love and light’, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm’. As we say these words, we deepen the contact with the silent presence within us. I emphasize that is very important feeling what we say (not simply saying dry words) and being deeply aware of our inner silence as well.

If necessary we repeat the prayer a few times and we can also use a mantra for the same purpose such as “Om Hriim, Sriim, Kriim Durgaye Namaha”, ” Om Hiring Nama Shivay”, ” Om Sri Jesus Christ Namaha”.

Another way to do it is the following

Divine light, love and healing energy permeate my whole being and eliminate this energy of anger (shame, guilt, or whatever is) or cleanse my mind and heart from the anger energy and permeate me with peace, love and light. ‘I am peace, love and light’, ‘I am peace, love and light‘, ‘Everything is peace, love and light‘, ‘Only peace, love and light exist’, ‘Ooommm ‘peace, love and light, ‘Ooommm peace, love and light, Ooommm, Ooommm, Ooommm’. As we say these words, we deepen the contact with the silent presence within us. I emphasize that is very important feeling what we say (not simply saying dry words) and being deeply aware of our inner silence as well.

Eliminating the ego or the I, what remains is pure love, unfathomable peace, infinite bliss.
