About Unit 01
This unit examines fundamental questions about life and spirituality.
It explores the nature of pleasure, pain, happiness, and bliss, and investigates the dynamics of ignorance and knowledge, bondage and freedom. Through examining what spirituality, non-duality, yoga, and Self-knowledge actually mean, it clarifies essential concepts for spiritual understanding.
Please note that since Unit 01 is introductory, the posts here may touch upon topics from other Units and Themes as well. However, these topics are presented briefly in this introductory unit. The same subjects will be explored more thoroughly in their corresponding Themes and Posts within the other Units.
