Introduction
Here, I would like to give you some guidance and clarifications on how to apply the ideas and methods I present in my books and Posts. Since there are many ideas and methods, you may feel overwhelmed, thinking ‘this is too much’; too much to practice, or feeling unsure where to begin, how to proceed, or how to integrate everything together.
Gradual application of the methods
It is important to understand that it is not necessary to apply all the suggested methods and ideas in this book to get results. The practices, methods, and ideas I recommend in this book are just tools and possibilities that can help you to practice in a more systematic and efficient way.
They can help you as well to evolve and transform yourself, to live more and more from your essence and less from the ego and finally attain liberation (from the ego) and Self-realization. It is up to you to decide, according to your experience, needs, understanding and intuition, which of all these methods you will begin to practice systematically. As you advance in your practice, you will be able to evaluate which of the remaining methods can help you overcome the difficulties that will arise over time and achieve your goals.
Trying to apply many methods or everything recommended in this book, from the beginning, can cause you stress and confusion. Moreover, it doesn’t make sense to practice many things if they are not relevant to the needs of the present phase of your development.
At first, you will find some methods more useful to you, and as you practice them, you will enrich your practice with some other methods.
I would also suggest to study the book over and again from time to time, because as you advance in your practice, your perception and understanding will develop, and as a result, you will be able to understand more deeply the ideas and the methods. By doing so, you will understand more deeply the methods that you are already practising, which in turn will help you improve your practice and, additionally, will help you to understand better the other methods.
As you will advance in your practice and cultivate these abilities, you will become increasingly able to live moment by moment consciously, harmoniously, and creatively, freer from the ego’s domination, tendencies, programming, and patterns; more relaxed, positive, and happy, and to experience more deeply the peace, fullness, and bliss of your divine essence.
