Sarvesham swastir bhavatu – May auspiciousness be unto all;
Sarvesham santir bhavatu – May peace be unto all;
Sarvesham purnam bhavatu – May fullness be unto all;
Sarvesham mangalam bhavatu – May prosperity be unto all;

Sarve bhavantu sukhinah – May all be prosperous and happy;
Sarve santu niramayah – May all be free from illness;Sarve bhadrani pashyantu – May all see what is Auspicious;
Ma kashcid duhkhabhaagbhavet – May none suffer;

Asato mā sadgamaya – From ignorance, lead me to truth;
Tamasomā jyotir gamaya – From darkness, lead me to light;
Mrityormāamritam gamaya – From death, lead me to immortality

Om Purnamadah, Purnamidam, Purnat, Purnamudacyate

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
Om, That is Full, This also is Full, From Fullness comes that Fullness,

Om peace, peace, peace

After the third time we continue repeating three or more times the mantra:

Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
May happiness be unto the whole world!
Om Peace, Peace, Peace.

Then we say three or more times:

Peace, Love, harmony to all beings all over the world
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti – Om Peace, Peace, Peace!

and finally, we say three or more times this series:

May all beings be happy,
May all beings be blissful,
May all beings be peaceful,
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti
Om Peace, Peace, Peace!

At the end, we close the prayers by saying:

May all these prayers be realized
for the well-being of all!

Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti
Om Peace, Peace, Peace.

Om Tat Sat (3x)

Important aspects of the Advaita Atma Yoga Method, which is an integral approach that encompasses all aspects of human existence and uses them as tools for inner growth, transformation, and the awakening of consciousness

Developing self-awareness through home practice of meditation and self-inquiry, as well as practicing moment by moment. This is the foundation—staying connected to the inner silence and witnessing the play of mind, body, and energy in real time.

Developing capacities like self-observation, concentration, dispassion, non-identification, acceptance, gratitude, an introverted mind, desire for liberation and truth, capacity for introspection and inquiry, devotion to the path and the Divine, sincerity, etc. These are the inner muscles built over time to sustain the journey.

Purification of body, energy, and mind at all levels, by various means, which includes eliminating rajas and tamas, increasing sattva, and eliminating all types of egoic tendencies. This cleans the system, making it a clear channel for truth.

Elimination of all egoic tendencies, including desires, which is the essential nature of the ego. This is the heart of the work—dissolving the false “I” that fuels identification, attachment and suffering.

Abandoning false beliefs and aligning with truth-based beliefs, like “Happiness lies within,” and “I am not the body and mind but pure consciousness.” This rewires the mind to reflect reality over illusion.

Following a well-organized, sattvic lifestyle oriented toward spiritual practice and growth. This creates the outer structure—diet, habits, routines—that supports the inner work.

Sticking to a daily morning and evening program and practicing moment by moment. Consistency is key—structured practice plus ongoing awareness keep the momentum alive.

Living in the now, mindfully and in as deep a connection with inner silence as possible, detached and self-observed, avoiding or ceasing identifications, and eliminating tendencies as they arise. This is the practice in action—present, awake, and free in each moment.

Self-transformation: The result of purification, elimination of tamas and rajas, and dissolution of egoic tendencies, the transformation of energies (e.g., sexual energy into ojas, tejas, and spiritual energy), the transformation of the mind from rajas and tamas to sattva, and the development of sattvic capacities, qualities, and virtues. This, together with alignment and living in conscious unity and harmony with our divine essence, constitutes true transformation—the ultimate fruit of the path.

Mantra and prayer as essential tools: These are powerful, versatile practices that support nearly all goals and objectives across the above aspects. Simple yet profound, they require no prior knowledge or special capacities, making them accessible to all practitioners at any level.

Mantra and prayer aid in developing self-awareness, building capacities (like concentration and devotion), purifying the mind and energy, eliminating egoic tendencies, aligning with truth, sustaining a sattvic lifestyle, maintaining daily practice, living mindfully in the now, and driving self-transformation. They are used moment by moment to maintain Self-awareness, be present and focus in the now, dissolve tendencies, increase sattva, foster devotion, transform energies, and awaken consciousness.

Tools and methods to cease identification and cultivate acceptance, gratitude, and devotion: This encompasses a broad set of practices, with mantra, prayer, and self-inquiry as vital components, used not only for deepening silence but also for understanding ourselves, stopping identification with thoughts, emotions, desires, and external objects, and fostering key qualities. Self-inquiry goes beyond resting in awareness—it’s a moment-to-moment tool to question mental – emotional expressions, (using a question like, “Who feels this?”) to break the grip of egoic identification.

Additional methods—like conscious breathing, affirmations, reflection, and visualization—can be applied in the moment to avoid or cease identification, develop acceptance of what arises, and build gratitude for the process and the Divine.

Devotion is cultivated through various means: devotion to the Divine, to the spiritual path, and to the truth itself, using practices like surrender, worship, offerings, or heartfelt intent. These tools, applied consistently and moment by moment, deepen our capacity to live free of illusion, aligned with our divine essence, and are integral to the entire transformative process.

“The water to purify your heart is the name of God.”
“Of utmost importance is to increase the repetition of God’s Name (japa) daily.

In this way, your heart and mind will be purified, and only then will you find (realize) God within you.”
