🔺 No. Without moment-to-moment vigilance, observation, and discernment, along with investigation, inquiry, and introspection —which lead to deep understanding and a series of realizations— the mere recognition of inner silence and the attempt to simply increase awareness of it cannot do much.

One will remain trapped in unconscious patterns, habits, conditioning, defense mechanisms, and egoic tendencies.

👉 Self-awareness, self-observation, non-identification,
and introspection, inquiry, elimination of egoic tendencies, and purification go together.

🔸 The two wings of freedom and Self-realization

The recognition and development of awareness of inner silence and
the work for the purification of the mind and the elimination of defects
are the two wings that lead us to freedom and complete self-realization. Flying with one wing is not effective.

There are no shortcuts in spiritual growth, transformation, and self-realization.

Sincere systematic practice is the only way!

Devotion, intense longing for truth and liberation, patience, perseverance, endurance, resilience, and determination
are the foundation.
