Prayer and the Repetition of God’s Name

Daily prayer and the repetition of God’s name are among the most powerful spiritual tools—if not the most powerful—especially in this age of materialism.
The constant repetition of mantra:
- attracts divine grace,
- purifies the prana, mind, and heart,
- increases the sattvic quality,
- eliminates egoistic tendencies,
- activates our inner powers,
- connects us with the divine consciousness within, and
- ultimately leads to God-realization.
The ‘secret’ to a plentiful life, a life of harmony, happiness and contentment is to have a sattvic mind free from desires and ego and to live in every moment in conscious contact with our true Self (Consciousness).
