See God in everyone and everything, and let yourself be transformed into light and love

By focusing on the physical characteristics of others, on their negative behaviors or flaws, you are feeding and growing in your mind exactly what you are thinking about them. In this way, you are the primary victim, and secondarily, the other person who unconsciously receives your negative vibration.
By thinking negatively, you become miserable and unhappy, and you feed even more your sense of separateness from others, as well as anger, fear, jealousy, malice, and your ego in general. Thus, instead of creating conditions of happiness within you, you increase your misery and unhappiness, and you negatively affect others and the cosmic field of thoughts.
Instead of identifying with the lower mind and becoming a victim of its mechanical nature, you can, the moment it starts to say something, to comment or criticize others, silently say to yourself:
“This person (or all people if it’s about many) is an angel of light, love, and peace,” and at the same time, feel the peace and love within you.
If your ego says, “But look what they are doing (or what they are doing to me), are they angels?”
Say to yourself again, “They are an angel or angels of light, love, and peace who have temporarily forgotten their true nature, and that’s why they make mistakes.”
See their angelic (Divine) eternal nature and not their temporary human one. In this way, you will always be focused on light and love, and you will transform into light and love.
Your entire daily life can become a spiritual practice if you change your inner attitude. The only prerequisite is that you truly want it.
The ‘secret’ to a plentiful life, a life of harmony, happiness and contentment is to have a sattvic mind free from desires and ego and to live in every moment in conscious contact with our true Self (Consciousness).
