The SMALL Efforts & Changes LEAD to the BIG ones

The key to happiness and success is often found in the small, daily efforts and habits we cultivate in relation to our body, mind (at all levels) and state of consciousness.

These habits, however simple they may seem, have a great impact on our psychology and well-being.

They shape our mental and emotional state, influence our decisions, behaviour and actions, and ultimately determine the quality and course of our lives.

Remember, radical changes are not created overnight.
They are small, daily, consistent efforts and small changes that grow and add up over time.

So for example, 15′ of meditation can then become 20′, 30′ and 60′ and you may see your ability to maintain emotional and mental calm, and clarity of thought and perception increase.

Whether you are practicing self-awareness, gratitude, meditation, breathing exercises or positive affirmations, practice them systematically and incorporate these habits into your daily routine.

If you stick to their daily application, you will begin to see changes that may surprise you.

All great things, whether for skills and virtues or great results, always start with small efforts and small changes.

The ‘secret’ to a plentiful life, a life of harmony, happiness and contentment is to have a sattvic mind free from desires and ego and to live in every moment in conscious contact with our true Self (Consciousness).
