Sexual energy, ego and enlightenment

Sexual energy is the creative energy of Life. It creates life and sustains life.
Despite this fact, the indiscriminate enjoyment of sex has brought man to a low state of consciousness. That is, to complete identification with the body and the senses and to the development of the lower ego with all passions, defects and perversions of every nature.
Therefore, the elimination of lust, sexual restraint and the conversion of sexual energy is the only way to liberation from matter, enlightenment and the creation of the true man, i.e., the enlightened man who is the goal of our human existence.
The sexual energy is closely intertwined with the sacred fire (within us) the Kundalini which has its base in the Sacred Bone (Coccyx) and unwinds and ascends through the sacred rod (spine) and enters the Sacred Cup (chalice) the brain where it performs the sacred mysteries.
The vast majority of people throw away the sacred energy for 7 seconds of hedonism of the orgasmic spasm.
Man has to eat a lot of mud (pain) to understand that the indiscriminate use of sexual organs and sexual energy is a prison and suffering.
When one suffers a lot they can gradually understand the value of temperance and the transmutation of sexual energy into its higher aspect associated with the awakening of the kundalini.and the higher psychic centres (Chakras) and higher states of consciousness (Samadhi).
The ‘secret’ to a plentiful life, a life of harmony, happiness and contentment is to have a sattvic mind free from desires and ego and to live in every moment in conscious contact with our true Self (Consciousness).
