Do you enjoy Meditation?

Meditation is the absorption of the mind into the center of our existence and the experience of beauty, peace, and the completeness of our divine being (Consciousness, Soul, Spirit, inner silent presence), which is beyond the body, vital energy (prana), thoughts, and emotions.

Meditation is also the process (the method or practice) through which we attempt to quiet the mind and steadily fix it at the center of our existence where the eternal peace, fullness, and happiness of our Being reign.

If you don’t meditate daily, morning and evening, if it seems too much to dedicate even half an hour daily to meditation, it means you haven’t yet enjoyed enough the peace and fullness that exist at the center of your being.

If you experienced the completeness and beauty that You are, you wouldn’t leave meditation for anything in the world, and throughout the day you wouldn’t let your mind wander for a moment to be carried away by the thoughts and objects of the senses and lose contact with the peace and happiness constantly present within you.

What is it that prevents you here and now from experiencing the beauty, peace, and fullness that You are?

The ‘secret’ to a plentiful life, a life of harmony, happiness and contentment is to have a sattvic mind free from desires and ego and to live in every moment in conscious contact with our true Self (Consciousness).
