Freedom, Peace, Love, Completeness, Wholeness, Bliss are aspects of our True Nature

We can experience them only when the mind is calm and focused on the center of our existence, our essence, the Silent Presence of Consciousness.

Α. Extroverted Mind (Rajasotamasic)

→ identification and attachment to forms, mechanical thoughts, impulses, inferior emotions and desires for sensory pleasures, worldly successes and recognition.

→ bondage, misery, unhappiness, suffering,, with fleeting moments of fulfillment, freedom, happiness.

Β. Introverted mind (Sattvic)

→ self-awareness, non-identification with forms, thoughts, impulses, feelings, sattvic emotions, desires and harmonious mental and emotional function and expression

→ experiencing the happiness, mental peace and joy of sattva and in conscious union with our divine essence (Consciousness, Atman) freedom, peace, love, wholeness, bliss.

Spiritual practice helps us to make the mind introverted and focused on our core, the inner space of Consciousness and experience, peace fullness, freedom.

The practice culminates in the complete dissolution of the ego and our settling into our true nature.
